Come join us for our evening event at the amazing Piglove By The River. A lovely beer garden in the heart of Citu’s Climate Innovation District, where you can grab a picnic bench and admire the views with your complimentary pint of Piglove Brewing Co’s creative craft brews after you’ve run the race of course. It’s the perfect spot for sunday afternoon.

THE COURSE

The race starts at Piglove and follows the Trans Pennine Trail for 21km and turns around just before Fairburn Ings. The Half marathon follows the same route turning round at 10.5km.

This is a very fast and flat course with very good quality footpath conditions, as it follows the river it is incredibly flat, however, there are a couple of small bridges with steps that must be crossed.

Any crossings and turnaround points will be clearly marked and marshalled.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

All finishers will receive a drink courtesy of Piglove Brewery. All medals and tees are sold as optional extras upon entry. This is to reduce our impact on the environment, and to make our races more affordable for everyone. 

MANDATORY KIT

Depending on whether we might make some gear mandatory, however, this is unlikely. Cups WILL be provided at water stations which will be set up at 10km, 21km and 31km.

CitiPark Leeds Dock, Armouries Drive LS10 1LE. Piglove is a stone’s throw from Granary Wharf, Royal Armouries and Leeds Station. We always like to encourage all local runners to come via foot, bicycle or public transport. Please plan your journey to allow time to get to race HQ.
