The Hawksworth Dice Dash 5km is a fundraiser to buy a few pieces of essential kit; a gazebo, tables, hi-vis bibs, race numbers and signage and crucial race supplies such as tape, cable ties, pins and a few other small bits & bobs. 

For the past 7 years we have contributed over £5000 in donations towards various charities which is incredible work all thanks to our entrants. So now as i notice a few things getting tatty for this particular event we're raising money so we can keep putting on top quality trail races in Yorkshire and in turn go on to raise even more money for charities than ever before Thank you for your support!

I have also started the Great Owl Running Equipment fund - to provide mandatory race kit for runners who may now own it already. Also to build a bank of headtorches, gps watches etc to lend to runners would be a long term goal.

THE COURSE

The course is two slightly different loops of the beautiful Hawksworth Wood.

As well as being a timed 5km we will have an added podium for the fastest times adjusted by the result of dice rolls (3D6 x minutes), to be collected from different points on the course.
