The Leeds Country Way In a Day 100km is a full circumnavigation of the city of Leeds via the local LCW footpaths. It is based on a very popular long distance walk of approx 100km / 62 miles which makes a complete circuit around the city of Leeds and visits many of the neighbouring villages, parks and nature reserves.
Dispite being less than 10km from the centre of Leeds The LCW is mainly rural with much to enjoy including extensive views to the West and North Yorkshire countrysideand follows public rights of way including footpaths, bridleways and minor lanes, with just a few short sections along roads.
